Overview

We want you to feel completely confident when ordering from us.

Each crystal piece is carefully handcrafted and securely packaged to ensure it arrives safely.
If anything isn’t quite right, we’re here to help and will always do our best to make it right.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition
  • Original packaging is preferred

To start a return, please contact us at hello@mendedthings.com with your order number and reason for return.
We’ll provide the return instructions once your request is approved.

Our Packaging Promise

We do NOT use glue to fix the crystals in place. Each crystal is individually packaged to prevent damage during shipping.

This means:

  • Your crystals arrive safely
  • Easy to reassemble
  • Easy to clean and maintain

Every piece is designed with both beauty and practicality in mind.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve this quickly, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Photos/videos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the packaging (if available)

We will review your case as quickly as possible and offer a solution:

  • Full refund
  • Replacement
  • Partial refund

Our goal is simple: to make it right for you. Please do not return damaged items without contacting us first.

Non-returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom-made or personalized pieces
  • Items damaged due to improper use

If you’re unsure, feel free to contact us before ordering — we’re happy to help.

Return Shipping

  • For returns due to personal reasons (e.g. change of mind), return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility
  • If the return is due to product defects or shipping damage, we will cover the return shipping cost

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days:

  • Check your bank account
  • Contact your payment provider
  • If needed, contact us at (hello@mendedthings.com)

Gifts

If your item was marked as a gift:

  • You will receive store credit for the value of your return
  • Gift credits are valid for 6 months
